I have been in a behaviour role since 2012, with the last 4 years at the Sheiling. Minimising barriers to learning and increasing the quality of life for our students is a main aspect within my role working alongside the therapy team.

I believe in learning through play, fun and memorable moments and putting the students at the forefront of my work.
